It appears that kick messages from BEC are not shown to players who are getting kicked.

Steps To Reproduce
Precondition: GUID on a BEC banlist or player not on the BEC admins.xml
- Player connects to the server
- BEC kicks him with a corresponding message shown in in-game chat, the BEC logfiles and on tools like DaRT
- Player is kicked from the server, he does not get a message though.
- Player ends up in start screen

We found this bug when activating reserved slots for donators.

It appears that this also happenes to people not on the whitelist. In case of a BEC kick, the player who gets kicked does not see a message but is instead kicked out of the game and back to the start screen. This is a serious issue for whitelisted servers.

This is gamebreaking for RP servers as new players are not able to understand why they are being kicked automatically for not being whitelisted. This leads to players spamming the server which must cause increased load on it and confusion and complaints among the community
