I logged out in the main compound of the new Military Base in the North West corner of the map. I was in the new designed building located beside the "Prison" building.I logged into a stable server version 60.133416, and found myself stuck under the building. I am currently not able to escape and have become hyperthermic( or hypothermic). To be more specific I logged out on the 2nd floor of the building.
