I've now repaired 3 vehicles (2 offroad sedans and a V3s) and have had them despawn. Each vehicle was on a different server on the public shard. We put tents full of guns next to them and the tents were left untouched, but the vehicles were gone. The second offroad sedan despawned when I was right next to it, as soon as the server refreshed.

Steps To Reproduce
- Build a vehicle (have only confirmed that Offroad Sedans and the V3s are non persistent, will test others)
- Store it somewhere safe and hidden on a mostly empty server
- Leave it and go to the nearest town, hang out until the server resets or refreshes (different items will start spawning)
- Go back to where your vehicle was and cry tears of blood.
Additional Information
It appears that the vehicle stays spawned if you're seated inside of it it while the server resets or refreshes. Do not know if logging out while inside the vehicle will change anything, will test.

I got in the drivers seat of a V3S, and tabbed out and restarted my server. I logged back in and the V3S was gone. Maybe I should have waited a few mins to restart the server. I'll try that next time.

I just found another offroad in Zub. I got int the drivers seat, seat in it for a min or so. Logged out, restarted the server and logged back in. The offroad was still there. Not sure if I would trust leaving gear in it, and trying to logout in it everytime or not.

-All I have found that the Cars are static specific to the server you are playing on
-So if you are on one of your favorite servers and you find a car on the next server restart the car will be back at that location but with different attachments
-I placed an apple in a car and moved it 300 meters from where I found it going to see if the items in the car stay with it or if it is wiped
-On one of my favorite servers I have found 4 cars in the same locations each time
-Sedan in front of church in svet
-Bus in front of police station in Novaya Petrovka
-Off road car outside of Ratnoe at the barricade
-V3s east side of severograd by the bridge that Y's
-Off road car in turovo east water pump by blue doors
-Every server restart the cars are right back there confirmed 3 times on 3 different days

Sometimes they last 2-3 server restarts. And yes they go back to the spawn point where u found it. Is this a bug? Cause on 0.59 the vehicles were persistant !
