After one or two uses of text chat it breaks and can't be used any more. You can't even change channels using up/down arrows.

Only way to get it working again is to go back to the lobby and rejoin. However, when you do all channels are then active, including ones that have been disabled in description.ext.

(Not sure if the same applies to the VON channels as well.)
