I noticed the RED Dot on the RDV optics on an M4 appears to stay on my reticle when I am not ADS. I need more information about how the RDV optics works to test this further with my character. If it is actually a lazer pointer, then it might be OK.

Steps To Reproduce
Added RDVs optic to M4.
Added M4 to Hands
Added 9V battery to RDVs optic
Right click RDV and select Turn On
When ADS, Red dot is visible in the optic
When ready position, weapon raised (space bar), Red Dot still visible.
I was in one of the Single barracks at Zelenogorsk.
Basically, when moving around, with gun ready, Dot was visible even after turning off the optic.
Additional Information
Will test further once I understand if the optic is supposed to be a projected laser pointer, or what the purpose/expectation of the battery is in the optic.
