Climbing a ladder makes the current in hands weapon ~~disappear from the game~~ drop randomly at the top or bottom of the ladder.

Steps To Reproduce

equip melee weapon in hands (I think it works also with firearms or other objects in hands)
climb a ladder
weapon is gone from your hands (and from your inventory ~~and doesn't appear anyway near vicinity~~ BUT it seems that almost everytime the weapon is on top or at the bottom of the ladder so maybe it is designed like this ?)

Additional Information

It happened to me twice already but I don't know if it is always reproductible.

EDIT : Reproducted twice already, and I thought I had to push some buttons while on the ladder but just climbing it with a weapon in hands makes the weapon disappear

EDIT 2 : Apparently the weapon just drops at the top or bottom of the ladder so the bug is less worrying that I thought. I guess the first times it happened I didn't see it. So maybe it is designed like this.
