Always when I try to start DayZ after the patch I get this message https://gyazo.com/785ea113ecaa8db3c88b40d2e0713128 I don't have the newest GPU but I was fine with it and everythign worked last patch, any help?

It would be helpful if you included your GPU. Most likely it isn't DX11 compatible.

It doesn't support DX11. You need to upgrade your GPU.
DX11 has always been a system requirement on the Steam page FYI.
