Just killed myself with a steak knife at three valleys, spawned there again and decided to get the knife and go for round 2. Sadly, the knife was not available for pickup again, no matter what I tried. Haven't tried this with any other weapon though

- Come back to corpse to see if you can pickup the suicide weapon

Proven, I had multiple friends suicide with a gun and it became like part of the body you can't remove it.
