Also V3s Cargo is not spawning .

Blue press vest is not spawning too !!! Fix this items PLS

Friend has a full Smersh setup. He found the vest at a Russian heli and got the Smersh backback from a corpse. We later found another backpack in a ("old") barracks.

Not sure about the other items.

I can confirm plate carrier and plate holster are spawning. Carrier in Myshkino and holster at American chopper crash.

V3s Cargo is spawning, I've seen them near Lopitino.

Ok so maybe some of them are spawning but its to rare anyway ..
