Actually, when you've got enough space in your inventory to put a gun in it, and if you take it in your hand, then when you remove it from your hands, it goes in the empty slots, right ?
The flaw is that when someone die with a gun in hand and enough space in his inventory then the gun go into the inventory and ruin himself and the rest of the clothes / backpack.
