Description

A lot of vehicles are just stuck like this one

and remain stuck until you move them to the soil. My guess is that it's related to the texture below the vehicles that make them inoperable, since this one had EVERYTHING except the glow plug (which is optional).

Steps To Reproduce

1: Join a server
2: Find a vehicle and repair it while it is under certain textures/it's spawn point
3: See if you can drive it

Additional Information

Pretty much it. I found the V3S right after I downloaded the update and got all the wheels for it, but when I was trying to get it moving (because it was stuck), I got shot by an arse.

As we found out, they will usually move for the second person to get in and try. Possibly a desync issue?

I tried trading seats (and having peeps in passenger) with one vehicle on NWAF and one in Elektro with a bud but no luck.
