When throwing and object (flare, chemlight, weapon) the animation is composed of very few FPS, making the player only see like 2-3 frames of the object before hitting the ground.

Yes, it is almost like the game doesn't know how to read objects correctly when they are being thrown. I have also thrown objects off buildings to find them stuck in mid air(possible invisible wall?) Still, I get the same animation that feels like the throw is being glitched every time.
