I am experiencing extremely noticeable ground clutter object, texture, and model detail pop in Tanoa's forests. The effect is actually more of a flickering when you are walking. This pop-in is occurring at a range between 2-10 meters, so it is very close and unmissable to the player. I suspect this is not a bug, per se, but may have in fact been implemented at one point to increase FPS. However, it is damaging to the experience and will likely be reported as a bug in the future.
NOTE: Although I was hesitant to put the severity of this "bug" as Major, the effect is so detrimental to player experience and otherwise nice visuals that I think it needs to be resolved as such.
