Player Should not be Able to Respawn if Unconscious

Description

This gives players a way out from interacting with the hostile player that should only be possible when they are dead, also this makes the tranqulizer and tazer implementations pointless because the player will mostly likely just respawn, killing any possible interaction between a hostile player and the victim.

Agreed, as well as that players who are knocked out (with a fist or something) should wake up after a bit (how long depending on health), though obviously if you become unconscious from starving/thirst then you should not.

But I completely agree taking away that respawn ability for any unconscious people, makes it actually mean something.
