I through a red chemlight in a cabin and all the objects around the area were glowing green. The road was also glowing green. I also did the same thing with a flare and had the same effect.

Steps To Reproduce
Just break any chemlight or flare and throw next to a road or house and you'll see everything glow green. Al settings we're on highest except no post anti aliasing, rotation blur off, bloom half way, and alpha to coverage on grass only.
