Just updated arma 3, I loaded some mods which had been updated on workshop for 1.60, when I began to load altis, the game crashed with 0x0000DEAD. I restarted the game without mods with the same result, I tried loading the campaign and showcases with exact results.

After the update, did you verify integrity of your game cache? If not, please do so.
- in Steam find Arma 3
- right-click > Properties > Local Data tab > Verify Integrity of Game Cache
Should the problem still persist, please try to gather your crashdumps and send me those files.
Crashdump (mdmp + rpt + bidmp) files should be located in this directory:
<drive>:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Arma 3
ZIP those, and drag&drop them into the comment box here. If you won't be able to do so, please upload to files to some free file sharing service and paste the link to that file into the comment so I can check them out.
