Server crashing apparently
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Hi
Not sure if this is correct place to post so i apologist in advance if not. I currently have a Nitrado server which since day once ive been having problems with, getting random "no message received" and having to re connect to server alot. They have moved the server to new hardware but still getting the issue. Today i got this message off them "Hello,
The server software crashed several times in the last few days. These crashes are not caused by our system, but by the server software itself. To provide you additional information about the crashes, I would recommend you to take a look in the folder /arma3/config where some ".bidmp" files are located. You can send them to the developer"
I have attached a couple of bidmp files. Would appreciate an opinion or any help. Thanks

Hello,

thank you for the bidmp files. Unfortunately those alone won't help us much. Please try to look for the RPT and MDMP files as well, they should have the same timestamp (so in the end, there should always be sets of three files with the same name/timestamp).

Please try to look for those also and upload them here as well.

Thank you

Hi razazel
Thank you for your time. I have attached the files you requested and some .rpt's from the server config folder and user appdata arma3 folder. Unfortunately i cant seem to find the MDMP files which you requested. Im a little new to navigating to these files and this whole process so apologies if i misunderstand. Please let me know if you need anything else
