My system has a monitor and a televison. After switching between the monitors - with DayZ or other reason - it occurs sometimes that my system have a black screen when I start DayZ. Then I try with ALT+Control+Delete to go to Windows Task-Manger (blackscreen and with arrow-keys), what sometimes works. Alt+F4, Alt+TAB, Control+W, Controll+Q don't have any effect. With Wiin+Enter i can start Windows-Audio-Support. I guess there is a 50% chance of reset my computer.

I have the same problem. My temp. fix is..
- start dayz and then change to window mode and then close dayz
- start dayz in window mode again
- now change the resulution to.. full hd
This way is working for me.
