Everytime player tryes to change Texture Detail settings ingame , the game completely freezes and player is unable to turn it off(only task manager helps).

The issue happens if player tryes to change the texture detail settings while being in game (game map) , or if player previously was in game and then went to the menu.

If player changes the settings in menu before actually going into the game, the issue does not appear, however upon entering the game world the issue appears.
