[0.8.0253] Selecting missions using a gamepad results in a blocker

Description

When using a gamepad in the control center a player can get himself to a point where he can no longer do anything. The game has to be shut down via the task manager.

This happens when the player is using a gamepad to select a landing zone on the Mars map. Please note that you have to use the gamepad for all of the below steps to reproduce the issue.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Start Space Program
  2. Finish the intro mission any way you like
  3. Select game time in the control room
  4. Get through the tutorials
  5. Use the left stick to navigate to the Mars map
  6. Use the left stick to cycle through the available landing zones
  7. Select the Victoria Crater using the left stick and confirm with the gamepad
  8. Move the mouse
  9. You should no longer be able to interact with the game
