At the start of any mission it loads then says "press any key to continue". I press every key on my keyboard and my mouse and nothing will pass this screen. I can click options in the main menu, keyboard works in the main menu as well. I cannot skip the opening trailer also.

Well that is a local error for you. I haven't had that problem. Though I have had to press any key to get to another press any key screen. The problem could be related to that.

I can't reproduce this. Is the game simply locking up? It sounds like it's freezing up and that's why you're not getting a response. Can you back out of the screen somehow?

I had this too, occasionally, and the way out was Alt-Tab then back to game, which was magically unlocked through that kind of UWI.
[UWI] ...I'm going to submit that for normalization: The [Usual Windows Incantation], that is any fancy move, prayer or dance (...) you can make with your rig to get it to do what it's expected to!

Hmm, that is very strange. There are two things you can try:
- Try deleting your game settings, which may have gotten corrupted perhaps? (yes, you'll have to set it up again)
- Try changing the 3D resolution scale from 1x to something else. I know it has been causing an issue here and there.
If none of those work, could you tell me if you hear anything when you see that screen? If not then I'd suggest try re-downloading the game, maybe something was corrupted on download.
