I cannot validate this bug, as I expect it only affects some types of multi-monitor setups. I am running a 3x1 portrait setup with Eyefinity, and get great rendering at either 3256x1920 or 2714x1600. I expect the problem plaguing triple-wide users is that they are running the game in triple-wide-landscape.

I am encountering this same problem, running on a Matrox Triplehead in 3840 x 1024 mode. Switching to windows 1024x768 in the same game session makes the problems go away.

I confirm this problem using "nVidia Surround" @ 5324x1050 (Landscape mode)

Just fixed the issue. The other problem that remains is the GUI being in the center, not across the screen, but that's separate.
