We were driving an Offroad Hatchback (3 person). I was in the driving seat and in good conditions. Immediately after I got out the car, my screen showed me "You are dead" and somehow the respawn button was disabled.
So I decided to rejoin the server. I spawned with all my gear at the position where I left the car the last time (a few kilometers back from where our destination was). Pretty annoying, I had to walk... at least I was not really dead.
