Hello josh190691 and thank you for the report.
I have tested all three sizes of the gas canisters and had no issues with attaching them. Did you attempt to attach both of the canisters by dragging and dropping them on top of the cooker? As currently due to a bug the items cannot be combined when dragging and dropping the cooker on top of the canister, but vice versa it does work.

I noticed it today, and as you said, it only works in one direction.
But there is a different problem now: gas is burning really fast. with a small gas canister you only have enough time to cook two things in a row, then its empty. is it meant to burn that fast? because if so, the item makes no sense for me as cou can only cook 2 times and then have to find a new gas pot.

I have confirmed the issue with small gas canister spending more than half of its content for a single meal and the issue has been scheduled for a fix.
