As you can see on the attached screenshots, there's a bench blocking the entrance of the building at 027.029 (dayzdb)

Also, if you follow the main road towards Novaya Petrovka, on the right side of the road there's a house which has grass on the floor. (can't remember which one exactly but maybe 030.028)
