Not sure if this pertains to those unpainted / black drums- I'll have to try that out since it just occurred to me that may be the issue. I try to take... 20 round bunch of rounds and put it in the drum- even when the drum has more than 20 rounds missing. Doesn't work.

also haven't tried emptying the drum and then trying to load...
