Sorry to hear about your trouble. To begin with, if you send me a link to your Steam profile, I can move your character. Example: "http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"
Also, please let me know which server your character is stuck on (ip + port number).
If you prefer to send your Steam ID url in a private message, you can click the "Make Private" button to the left of your message after you click the button labeled "Add Note".
Also, we'll of course inform the dev team that the stuck spot is still present.

It's okay, I managed to get out with a push from a friend. For some reason my friends had less trouble getting out of that spot than me.
