This is a very odd issue that I will try to explain to the best of my ability. In some seemingly random instances, the main menu of the game will act as if the game is minimized, but the game will still render on my screen. I will have my desktop mouse cursor instead of the ingame mouse cursor. I cannot interact with the main menu. It's as if the mouse cursor is actually on the desktop, but the game is rendering "over" it. Even control-alt-delete will not fix it. I have to shut down my computer with the power button, otherwise i'm stuck at looking at the main menu. {F33083}

Does the issue occur on new ui, old ui or both? In case you were using just one of the UIs, can you try the other one as well and let me know if the issue occurs on there for you as well?

@Geez I have been using newui lately as it gives me slightly better performance in-game. But I cannot reproduce this issue at will. When it does happen I am unable to ALT-TAB, CTRL-ALT-DEL, or anything to get DayZ to either minimize or at least force quit. Now the odd thing is that when I try to do one of those Windows will recognize those shortcuts, but the screen will not clear DayZ from it. It stays visible (whether it be a black screen or the main menu.)

Okay it looks like if you start an application seconds before DayZ launches (or say you get a notification on like teamspeak at around the same time for example, I think as the screen goes black or during this time) the game will display, but windows will think its at the desktop.
