In Stary Sobor, using the centralized Water Pump filling up Empty Damaged 1 Liter Bottle, character will stand, raise fist and Flip Bird [F6]. I can put Water Bottle away, but I cannot move from the raised fist and Flipping Bird stance.

The water filling does complete. The Water Bottle gets filled. Once I put Water Bottle back into Inventory, I cannot place anything in my frozen character's hands. I am unable to drag anything to the Action Bar. I have to logout and then eventually login again.

This is only happening on 3PP Public server "[-SoL-] Soldiers of Legend - Bravo" @ 142.111.2.18:2302 and at all Water Pumps I fill Water Bottle or Canteen.
