Cannot look down crossbow holosight

Description

Appears fine in 3rd person view, visible light through the lenses (see scope circle immediately right of my head):

But in 1st person this glitch was appearing last night (before present version, see below in "Game Version"):

Now the zeroing numbers and lines are visible on the aim dot:

Loaded pristine crossbow, damaged holosight turned on, worn battery with strong charge.
