Well I past 5 day (ingame) to search some antibio to cure my sikness. Loot 5 towns (up north) maybe 200 house ^^, and i didn't found any antio item...

Can you replace it when you go on stable 0.59 ;) or next Exp maj

Hello hawksachute and thank you for the report.
We have checked the exp loot table settings and the antibiotics do spawn correctly.
