I have checked once again on current exp branch just to be sure, and I have not encountered any items that were spawned in the walls / floor. This could have been related to the issue with ships placement (#0027969) which is no longer on the experimental branch. However if you come across the issue once again on experimental branch or when 0.59 hits stable branch, please submit another ticket.
