UK Assault Vests don't appear to be spawning either that or they are very rare. However, hunting backpacks are in 0.59 but I haven't seen one since patch #3

Me and my group, we are 8. have found 3 hunting backpacks. they are rare, but not imposibble.

I also found a hunting backpack since this post but still have not seen assault vests in any iteration of 0.59

same here. no assault vests but hunting backpacks are there ... though very rare. found one in a shed and one a hunting tower...
