When attempting retrieve a sidearm from a chest holster, by either using the hot-bar or drag and drop, the weapon fails to appear in "hands". Was able to perform this as well. See my attached screenshot. Also after this action occurred, placing the your primary weapon into your hands acted like it was your hand gun. When primary weapon (SKS) was in hand character held on only with one hand and when running the SKS was being held like a hand gun.

I too experienced this issue. When the duplicates start showing up in the holster, it becomes impossible to equip the gun unless you drag it to another container (backpack, pants, etc) and drag to your hands from there. Even after placing the gun in my backpack, the 2-3 copies of the gun are still showing in my holster.
