I was able to loot items from the ground floor in the police stations from the upper floor in all rooms. This could possibly also apply to multi-story houses. {F32898} {F32899}

Steps To Reproduce
One needs to enter a room on the upper floor of a police station and is then able to loot items from the rooms below in the ground floor.
Additional Information
On the screenshot there were a lot of handcuffs in the jail room downstairs, I was able to loot them through the UI from the room above.
