Steps To Reproduce
right-click cooking pot with 100% contents and select Drink All after action completed 50% of contents remain.
Additional Information
This may be by design when Drink All is selected for larger containers however I feel that this defeats the purpose of Drink and as such Drink All should result in all contents being drank regardless of size.
