MP5-K iron sight and scope doesn't work

Description

The iron sight of the MP5 is actually broken, same for the RV1, I've put a battery in the RV1 and it don't want to "Turn on", I can only the red dot if I take the RV1 in my hands.

still not fixed, that bug is here from the very start of the first build of experimental and today the stable has been pushed.

This issue, along with the iron sight bug, is still present on Experimental build 0.59.131005.
