There is a quantity bug with making arrows from a sharpened stick up to the bone tipped arrow. You basically need 1 of everything to make a full stack of 5.

Steps To Reproduce
Sharpened sticks: If you take a regular stick and choose the option "sharpen all" it gives you 5 sharpened sticks from 1 regular stick.
Improvised arrow: If you take 5 sharpened stick and combine it with only 1 chicken feather it yields 5 improvised arrows.
Bone tipped arrow: If you take 5 improvised arrows and combine it with 1 bone it yields 5 bone tipped arrows.
Additional Information
I only tested out the sharpened stick.
