everytime i fill a canister up with water and drink it i get infected wounds and the sickness does not go away from using anti biotics i have tried using purification tabs to see if that would help and it doesnt

get a water canister (EG, PET, Cantine, Cooking pot) from a well then drink

this doesnt happen to me. I cant hydrate drinking straight from the well or any other water source though... have to use a container...

yeah i have to do the same i cant drink straight from the well. i have to use a cantanier. i have had two friends try this and it happend to them to, after i fill the container and drink from it i get infected wounds and get sick.
also i thought it was just one of my chracters so i died repsawnd and tried it and i got sick i had my friends do the same and they got sick and got infected wounds i have tried this on 5 different exp characters and a few different servers
