Well i dont know its only for me but these glitches or what ever they are called drop my fps to single digits and they are all over the place in large cities ill leave u guys with the screenshots.
I tried verifying the game on steam but didn't work.

Please attach your dxdiag file to this ticket. Also, do you experience such issues in other games and are your drivers up to date?

Im not sure how to attach the dxdiag file but i will google and NO i dont experience this in other games and my drivers are up to date.

Start -> Run.. -> dxdiag - save all informations and add here.
