Can't sort out ruined ammo

Description

With a stack of ruined ammo the only option is to split the stack, there is no "sort out fine rounds...". See the file below. {F32822}

Steps To Reproduce

Get ruined ammo, try and sort it out.

Pluxar set Category to category:items.

Pluxar set Reproducibility to Always.

Pluxar set Severity to None.

Pluxar set Resolution to Open.

Pluxar set Legacy ID to 1417153113.May 9 2016, 12:00 AM
