When you shoot a player with the shotgun it doesn't decease their blood at all. It will still fracture their arms and legs but the player loses no blood. I only have video of testing the mp133 pistol grip shotgun but have had the same experience with the double barrel and mp133. I'll test them more thoroughly when I find both of those shotguns.
