[0.58.129143] Swapping item with spawned item will keep persisting

Description

Hello,

If I swap my tshirt with a spawned jacket (for example the OREL uniform), the tshirt will keep persisting as if it was the initial loot spawn

This does not get cleaned up by the server, ever! Until picked and dropped again

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Have a shirt you wear in-game
  1. Go to police station and swap it with a spawned police uniform jacket/OREL jacket.
  1. Log out and come back 30 minutes later
  1. Noticed your tshirt didn't get cleaned up by server and will forever persist.
Additional Information

As far as I know it does it for all types of clothes, items, backpacks and guns.
