This is a problem that has been in DayZ since the beginning and needs to be addressed. When wearing a piece of Headgear and a Mask there are terrible clipping issues. This is most evident with the Payday Masks and Balaclavas. its pretty simple to fix you just need to hide the bottom layer under the top layer. different Headgear and Mask types will need to be given dominance over other types.

Example 1: Cowboy Hat with HoxtonMask - headgear dominant
Example 2: Bandana headgear with Balaclava - headgear dominant
Example 3: Bandana with DallasMask - Mask dominant

Note: Its kinda silly that you can't wear a ballistic helmet with a payday mask in my opinion.

Note: Some of the hats also clip through your head
