Steps To Reproduce
*load Dayz
*join server
*play as normal
*after a few minutes of normal game play press 'capslock'
*game makes a brief sound then crash or freeze.
Additional Information
makes no difference if I change the key from the default key in settings the reaction is the same.
personal headset I use is a Microsoft Lifechat lx-3000.
only acquired this problem since updating win 10.
as I am aware all drivers are up to date.

Sometimes only way to regain access(black screen and mouse pointer(moves)only! no keys work with pc) with pc is to press the restart button on desktop to manually reboot pc

when I updated win 10 from win 8, I took the option to not do a clean install it was overwritten to keep my personal files, relatively new pc about 2 months old.

OK I have figured out why the game freezes/crashes or I get loss of ingame sound, basically I was using the usb 3.0 slot which was conflicting with the headset, so using the regular usb slot has fixed the issue so this issue can be now closed.
