It seems the bug which prevents your statuses (Energised/Hydrated etc) updating is still around.

I was on a server and needing water so was drinking lots of cans and eating beans to get hydrated. Nothing much was happening to my statuses and I was not fully hydrated. I cannot remember what level of hydration I was at, but it wasnt dark green, so either no status or "thirsty" but it didnt seem to be moving.

After logging off and logging back on I was fully hydrated (bright green) and vomited.
