Game Crashes when loading to a server

Description

Every time I choose a server and when it gets to the PLEASE WAIT screen the game closes and brings me to my desktop. Tried to log in again and when I pick a different server the same thing happens

Hello puddin031.
Are you using any startup parameters? If so, please remove them as they cause various issues within the game. In case you arent using any startup parameters, then attempt to verify game files in Steam and let me know if the issue still persists.
