Description

From Steam I click play. The game loads battleye then nothing happens. So I go into the game directory and manually click the .exe. I then get the error message The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b). Click OK to close the application. I have 382 hours of gameplay with the same hardware and have never encountered this issue. I upgraded to Windows 10 on release and the game has not worked since then. {F32647} {F32648}

Hello gekofish.
Please attach contents of your C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Local\DayZ to this ticket. In case the files could not be uploaded due to size, use some kind of cloud site from which we can easily access the files.
Regards,
Geez

Hi. I have uploaded the file.

Hello gekofish.
You have accidentally uploaded the C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ instead of C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Local\DayZ. Please upload the correct folder so we can check the crashlogs.
Regards,
Geez

I do not seem to have "AppData" on my computer. I have even searched for it manually.

Hello gekofish.
The folder is usually hidden by default. You will have to enable hidden folders in windows. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files#show-hidden-files=windows-7 .

Geez

Thank you for your assistance. I have found the folder and have attached it.

I have been waiting for two weeks for a reply..
