Go to a random spawn point. in my case; houses, barracks, deer stands,...
pick up the loot what you can find and carry it out of the spot (arround 5-20m away). Drop the item/s.
Go back to the spot where you pick up the itme/s and you will find a new spawnd one/our more.

I ll try that out on a couple of spots and it works 0-6 times.

A friend of mine try that at a bakkack at the big camp at NWAF. He do like i tell him. The loot in his case double (-10 out to new 20 in).
The kind of items change in typs. from clothes too vests too medical clothes too attechments.
