We recently had a little crash with a V3S. Both front tires were flat. We dismounted them and wanted to repair them with a tire repair kit. When we dropped them on the ground they instantly disappeared.

Do you remember if you picked up the wheel into your hands slot and dropped it afterwards (through the X / remove from hands action) or if the wheel was forced out of your hands (for example by entering v3s)?

i pulled the tire out of my hands with the mouse, since the X is not working for me and most of my friends. (I don't know if this is a known bug.)
